Answer: Kansas is not part of the federal Obamacare program. Jeff supports Medicaid expansion. Recently the Guidance Center in Leavenworth was cut $1 Million dollars and our hospitals were cut a surprise 4% in the 2016 Kansas Legislature special session. This would allow our federal dollars that Kansans have already paid to come back into Kansas. This would help our local hospitals, assist with much needed mental health care and bring medical jobs into Leavenworth. ”
